Wow. What a fantastic place to get your eyes checked. The staff were friendly, supportive and very accommodating.

I am treated like a valued customer by staff who are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend going to a professional specialist for your eyes and Woodhouse do not disappoint.

A big ‘thank you’ to the staff of Woodhouse Opticians for your kindness shown to myself and to the resident who I attended an appointment with. From helping with the wheelchair and making us a cup of tea while we waited for the taxi to collect us. My resident was full of compliments when we returned to the care home and they were very much deserved.

I want to say a big thank you to the team. My husband and I have both purchased glasses and more recently I have bought a pair of sunglasses which I absolutely adore. They have been very patient with my pre-school aged son who sat on my knee the whole time my eyes were being tested and he loved playing with the toys in the reception area. The team are all very friendly and I will certainly be returning in future.

Excellent service. Very professional attitude towards nervous patients and their concerns. Experience and high level of expertise made my mum feel comfortable and trust Mr Woodhouse, that led to compliance with his advice. Mr Woodhouse took his time and was very patient addressing her concerns. That left my mum and me very happy. We will definitely book an appointment next year.
