Meet the team

Woodhouse Opticians is a family business and we’ve been helping other families from our practice in Highfield Road in the South Shore area of Blackpool for more than five decades.

The business was established in 1962 by Leslie Woodhouse and his wife Rosa. His son, Stephen, is now at the helm and is the full-time optometrist.

As the saying goes, we were built to last. Our dedicated, friendly and qualified team have many years of combined service with Woodhouse meaning they understand both our customers and the best ways to help them.
